Refund policy

We have 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, VOIDRA accepts returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product or variation (e.g., color or size).

  • The product has major quality issues that make it unusable.

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Sizing or fit issues (check our size/fit guide before ordering).

  • Slight color variation due to screen settings or lighting.

  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details (unless reported within 24 hours).


⏳ Return Request Window

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at

  2. Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  3. Brief explanation of the issue

We usually respond within 24–48 hours.


📮 Return Shipping

  • If approved, we'll guide you through the return process.

  • In some cases, we may arrange pickup or ask you to ship it back.

  • Return shipping cost is covered only if it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged item).

  • For all other eligible returns, shipping is borne by the customer.


💰 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

  • In case of prepaid orders via credit/debit/UPI, processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.


🛑 Final Sale Items & Exceptions

  • Sale, discount, or pre-order items are FINAL SALE – non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Accessories, limited-edition launches, and custom orders are not eligible for return.


📌 Important Notes

  • All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Any return sent without approval or used items will be rejected without refund.

  • VOIDRA reserves the right to deny unreasonable returns and refunds.
